Terms of Service & AI Disclosures
Last Updated: May 22, 2026 • Version 1.0.0
01. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a TagForge account or connecting via Google OAuth, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the TagForge engine, dashboard analytics, or historical export tools. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TagForge AI.
02. AI-Assisted Output & Service Disclosures
TagForge harnesses high-speed Large Language Models (specifically Llama-3 hosted on Groq hardware) to craft optimized SEO title tags, meta descriptions, alt texts, and keywords.
• TagForge suggests search improvements but does not guarantee ranking position, site crawlability, or indexation boosts on search engines (e.g., Google, Bing).
• Output suggestions are generative. Users must review all terms, character bounds, and formatting structures prior to deploying content to production systems.
• System responsiveness and generation metrics depend directly on provider LPU throughput limits.
03. User Account Security
Access to the generation platform requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are entirely responsible for the security of your identity tokens, session integrity, and third-party login credentials. TagForge stores user profiles securely in MongoDB and strictly relies on standard NextAuth authentication handshakes. Any suspected compromise must be reported immediately.
04. Fair Use Limits & Credits
TagForge partitions plan quotas to preserve API reliability:
- Free Plan: Grants a maximum of 5 generation credits per monthly cycle. Unused credits expire and do not roll over to subsequent billing blocks.
- Pro Plan: Delivers high-priority generation access. We reserve the right to throttle accounts demonstrating abnormal automated traffic patterns (e.g. headless scraping loops or bulk API bypasses) to guarantee general service health.
05. Content Responsibility
You retain all rights to the input product data and output metadata generated by the service. However, you bear complete regulatory and intellectual responsibility for all copy published using TagForge. You warrant that published titles and metadata do not contain trademark violations, misleading consumer copy, or content that violates search engine spam guidelines.
06. Platform Intellectual Property
All elements of the TagForge platform—including visual CSS layouts, reactive state architectures, custom React components, brand assets, and custom generation prompt structures—are the exclusive property of TagForge AI and its licensing partners. You may not reverse-engineer, mirror, or repackage our prompt synthesize flows or background processes.
07. Data Privacy & LLM Parsing
To provide generative capabilities, we transmit your designated product titles, criteria lists, and target audiences to our designated AI hosting endpoints (Groq API). We strictly adhere to our Privacy policy: inputs are utilized exclusively to complete the requested generation and are not retained or utilized to train future public LLM weights. Historical inputs stored in your dashboard are kept private to your user profile.
08. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TagForge AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, losses of search ranking, e-commerce revenues, site traffic, organic domain value, or backend service disruptions stemming from your use of the generation interface or reliance on AI-crafted meta copy.
09. Agreement Updates
We reserve the right to revise or restructure these terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" timestamp above. Continued use of the dashboard or generation API following an update signals your explicit agreement to the altered terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms, conditions, and disclosures shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with local jurisdictional statutes, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising directly from your platform usage shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the hosting region.
